1. Our role & scope

Orbit Trip Vacation coordinates villa booking requests and travel services. Your quote identifies the property operator, service providers and Orbit’s role in the transaction before payment.

Property profiles in the review edition are research references, not evidence of a partnership, live inventory or availability.

2. Requests & confirmation

Completing a form, opening WhatsApp or receiving a summary does not confirm a reservation. Orbit checks availability and sends a written quote identifying the property, dates, party, inclusions, itemised charges and payment deadline.

A reservation is confirmed only when the required payment is received and written confirmation is issued. Do not pay before receiving an official quote and payment instructions.

3. Rates, taxes & payment

Internet prices are dated market references, not guaranteed rates for your dates. The final amount is stated in the quote’s currency; exchange rates, taxes, service charges, deposits and extras are explained before acceptance.

Extras marked quote required are paid services and are not automatically included in the total. No additional paid service is booked without your agreement.

This website does not process cards or automatically verify payments. Orbit provides the payment method, recipient, schedule and receipt through its official contact channels.

4. Guests & property rules

The lead guest must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Include all adults, children and infants. Confirm occupancy, bedding, child ages, accessibility and special requirements before payment.

Check-in/out times, smoking, events, noise, pets, damage deposits and additional rules follow the property details in your quote. Special requests are not guaranteed until accepted in writing.

5. Cancellation & changes

Paid, confirmed bookings on a non-refundable rate generally do not qualify for refunds for guest cancellation, no-show or early departure. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy before paying.

Date or name changes require written approval and may incur rate differences or supplier fees. No free one-time reschedule is promised. Supplier failure, duplicate payments and mandatory consumer rights are treated separately.

6. Extras & safety

Transfers, private dining, tours, wellness and other activities depend on property permission, supplier capacity and local conditions. Your quote states scope, exclusions, fees and cancellation terms for each service.

Follow provider and guide instructions. Parents or guardians supervise children, especially around pools, the sea, cliffs and boats. Orbit remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law.

7. Disruption & responsibility

If a confirmed service cannot be provided, Orbit explains the available options, including an alternative you accept or repayment for the service not delivered, as appropriate to the circumstances and legal obligations.

Severe weather, disasters and official restrictions are reviewed according to their effect on the service and applicable law. These terms do not remove liability for negligence, breach of obligations or consumer rights that cannot be waived.

8. Complaints, language & version

Report a concern by official email or WhatsApp with your booking reference and relevant evidence. We review it with the provider and communicate the next steps. Your access to dispute-resolution channels available under law is preserved.

Indonesian and English versions are provided for understanding. If wording differs, request written clarification before paying; no wording limits mandatory rights. Keep your quote and the policy version you received. Website changes do not retroactively alter confirmed bookings.
